After my MBA-IB, I joined BPO industry for 7 yrs. What certifications can I do to get a better job, outside BPO?

I have worked in various roles like cust service, sales, trainer, quality analyst, audit and compliance. I want to get a better job but not in the BPO ind. What are the options or certifications that I can do?
