there is the mode of distance education these days throwing open a lot of avenues.even while doing a job you can improve further and acquire qualifications upto your satisfaction.

Hi Veer, As rightly suggested by 7777 after Primary Teachers Certificate B.Ed could be a good option in case you want to get into teaching profession and want to get into College or University Teaching you can after completing your B.Ed you can go for a Masters degree and then can appear for NET.
