Yes, you can definitely think of doing B.Tech after the completion of your Diploma.

I don't think it is a good idea to do 10 +2 then Polytechnic then B.Tech. Surely during job, anyone can ask reason for it.

Hello, Yes, you can definitely think of doing B.Tech after completion of your Diploma. However you will have to join college since distance education mode is not available. Else, you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to graduation in engineering. Best wishes to you.
