Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Candidates are selected based on the qualifying examination.

Admission process for this course may vary college to college. Some colleges are entrance tests and rounds of personal interview as a assessing and shortlisting process. Essentially, students are selected based on the obtained merit at either the last qualifying examination, or a relevant entrance test. Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition is the best know college for courses in hospital management and hospitality administration. You can specify your desired college and location, so I can guide you further.
