After SSC if a person wants to do BE, should he do 11th and 12th or opt for 3 yrs diploma and then direct admission to 2nd year engg

Engineering Seats for lateral entry is lesser in vomparison to Direct Entry. Therr id no lateral entry seats in JEE. Therefore I will recommend direct BTech instead of Diploma( and then lateral entry).
