After the new rule that is accessing on 9th June 2018, will these colleges accept me?
I've heard that only 6 bands and above are eligible as per the new rule and if colleges are accepting than is there a chance to get visa rejection in embassy?

If the college is accepting, then there is no chance, if visa is getting cancelled, as per new rule also.
