All UGC recognized MBA programs are after any Bachelor Degree like BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech etc. There are people or institutes which may offer you MBA after Diploma. Such MBA may not be Govt recognized. Be careful. Keep your eyes open and select only UGC recognized MBA preferably after completing

After Diploma(if it is after 10th standard), you can pursue a bachelor's degree and to be eligible for it you'll need to appear in a test that will provide you with the12th certificate, that means it will equilate your diploma with 10+2 standard. And then you'll be eligible to pursue Bachelor's Degr
