Actually, the predictor does not give you any surety. It just tells you that on attaining this much rank your options are available and like chances are present. It all depends upon the college and its cut-off, etc.

Yes, you have a greater chance of getting Gokaraju College, if that is predicted in the rank predictor, but don't be very sure about that because there is a slight change in every year's cutoff. Therefore, that slight change may vary.
