After10th&12th i took break from studies for 2 yrs due to health reasons &then i completed my UG deg. but no colleges give me admission?HELP

Colleges do not give me admission because they require 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern since i do not have this pattern as i took 2 yrs. break they refuse me admission is there a way around it or is there any other possibilities for me to get admission into these colleges. Thank You.
