Govt has fixed reservation for women in all fields and electrical is not an exception. Electrical is least preferred by Girls. So there are a lot of opportunities for job in Govt Sector. I suggest you try that.

A post graduation will be useful to your career. Besides there are international certifications in computers and networking, PLC, SCADA, CAD etc which are being pursued by electrical engineers.
