AICTE approval is required for engineering colleges and poly technique and not for universities like Karnataka state open university?

I would like to do B.Tech from KSOU. Once I complete, does Indian and International companies consider candiate for jobs from this university. Can I go abroad for further studies with this degree

    Any B.Tech course offered by University registered under UGC act does not required AICTE approval and degree offerd by such institute is elligible for job in worldwide.
