Go for NCERT Text books along with Renick-Halliday for Physics, Sharma for Mathematics and Modern's Chemistry

Hi Sandeep, Apart from UP textbooks you may as well read the text books of NCERT, for classes 10,11 and 12th. Plz follow the suggestion given by Surya P too.

well UP board books are good enough for getting a good grab on concepts, but for practice, you need to work our more. I would recommend the following books for sure-shot success
Physics - HC Verma
Chemistry - OP Agarwal
Maths - ML Khanna or RD Sharma.

Yes, surely the XIIth std text books are the best for preparing for AIEEE exam. You can bank on them.
