Let's answer the second part first. A few batchmates of mine are preparing for USMLE and so are some seniors. So yes, there are students here in AIIMS P preparing for USMLE. Now USMLE shouldn't be the criteria to choose between AIIMS Patna and Nagpur. Medical colleges don't really help you prepare for USMLE. You have to work hard by yourself. If you can find a study buddy, you guys can prepare together and help each other out. You can always clear doubts by consulting your professors.
