yes it has good scope dear but care should be taken, means choose college wisely. This is a specific engineering instead of mechanical engineering which has wide scope, so college should be of good reputation.

Unlike other engineering programs you do not get a degree or diploma after completion of course. This is a certification course.
During the course one is trained to clear the licence exams conducted by DGCA (governing body for aviation) apart from the regular exams conducted by college.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a very niche specialisation where graduates are employed by airlines and aircraft maintenance organisations. Also you have to obtain DGCA licence on a particular type of aircraft for job as Maintenance engineer. It is high paying job with limited jobs opprtunitie
