All possible (best) career options after B.Sc. - IT.

I have freshly completed my B.Sc - IT today (i.e. 22/07/21) and now, I am not able to decide what should I do i.e. job or further studies? Though I am a good student but I am not aware of my skills / talent. If job then what's the best job or if further studies then what's the best course I can opt?
