almost all top b-schools required work ex. so should i do job after my graduation by giving bank exams or should do NCFM or shud do work?

Work-experience is not mandatory. Its just that it is given weightage ranging from 2 to 6 percent. Getting a job is better than adding certifications to boost profile. But in case, you dont secure job, you can defend the gap using certifications.
