Along with m.tech degree , if i apply for M.S. in Germany (mechnical field) can i get top university?

Yes you can apply and if your qualifying marks is good then you will get a better university and you have some knowledge about German language because you are already take masters. Why don't you apply for Ph.d you have already masters degree save your time. good luck if you like this answer select
