Already I registered on Jan 2020. But I want to apply April 2020. In the application registration asking Scanned doc for 12th Admit Card/ Mark Sheet / Certificate. Instead of I will upload 10th Marksheet. I didnot get 12th Admit card.

Hi, Application form for April is still available on the JEE Mains site and you can apply easily and now admit card of 12th class of all boards are now available. So, now you can apply for April 2020 exams and now you also have all the required documents.
