Alternate of mainframe technology

I'm trained in Mainframe techn and having 4yrs of exp. Now I'm not looking much scope in this tech. So, what would be better option if I wanted to switch some other tech.

Hi! As far as good experience in mainframe technology would lead to higher designation instead of switching to other technology. One should also know the ADMIN and maintenance experience in these application using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS and DB2. Mainframe DB2 is a good advantage. High level analy
