Although I have applied to B.Com in some college in Pune, I will get admission in any college in Pune.

Yes, you can get admission in Pune, if you have got good marks in your 12th exam. And if you apply there online so you can get admission there, and go there to study, as you have applied already so yes you can get admission there.
