Hi,
As per your query pursuing MBA in retail management would be the best option for you.
However, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after competing your engineering and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:

You can do MBA in Retail where there are plenty of scope in the country and abroad. You must entrance exams for MBA so that you get admitted in the right college of your choice.
