am 34 yrs,have done B.Pharm, MBA(Mktg).have 1 yr exp as Mktg Rep in CIPLA. after 10 yrs gap now i want to appear NET EXM and do pH.D. guide

pls guide on how clearing NET EXAM will be good and which books and sites are available for its prep. am also appearing for ph.d ent exams to do ph.d. how to proceed for it. had also given GRE exam during B.Pharm but had not applied to any universities. So shall I reappear for GRE or go for ph.d.
