Am a BPT final year student, yet to finish my exams. Am confused about what to pursue in the future.

I wish I could do MHA , but am not that leading or managing type kinda person. And the other option is MPT. I really want to know some honest opinions on that. If I could do MPT, I wish to go abroad and find a job there itself, and in case of MHA, I wish to do at TISS, what shall I do?
