What is the fees structure and overall expenditure for studing engineering at London?

Rabin...Only someone from a wealthy family will come up with the ambition to study civil engineering in a foreign country when India has more engineering colleges than all of Europe put together. Anyway...you need a minimum 75% in 12th std or first class in your diploma and IELTS score of atleast 6.

Hi Rabin, you can for sure go for a UG degree after a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Depending on what you have scored you can apply to Universities like : Leeds Univ, Birmingham univ, Nottingham Univ, Brunel Univ, Abertay Dundee univ, Dundee univ
In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years
