am a lot confused between electronic and coomunication eng and mechanical eng at germany for my bachelor??? which stream is best there?

am confused in selecting my branch b/w electronic $ communication and mechanical eng at GERMANY.? Which one of the stream is best at germany? i have heard that mechanical eng is worlds best at germany?? isnt e $ c eng?becoz am a bit more intersted in electonic one>.n germany is cheapest than all.
