I cant say if its good enough for you, but if you do plan do do it, then its worth the time and money. And since you have a background in finance you could either stick to it and go for finance or shift to sales. Its purely based on your liking.

MBA is always a good option. But, what matters is your inclination towards it. Kindly research on MBA from different sources like (google, journals etc) and get your answer if that's what you are passionate about to do in your life for a living. Coming to branches, Finance / Marketing / Human Resources / Operations are the branches that XIME would offer for it's PGDM program. This again merely lies in your interest. Kindly choose the specialization which would enhance your skills and add value to your personality. All the best.
