The minimum qualification for an MBA programme is 12th passed. But you can try for an executive MBA programme.

Minimum qualification for pursuing MBA is degree in any stream and not 12th. Secondly, as a diploma holder you can not pursue any form of MBA. Work experience count for only degree holders for executive MBA. Therefore, my suggestion is first get a degree from distance mode.
