am an engineering graduate..working in a pvt software company...i wanna earn more am ready to learn and move up..what am i supposed to do?

You have many other options start working as free launcer or part time teacher for the language. You can be professional trainer. Also you can apply for MBA or MS in distance learning... Let me know if you need more details..

I suggest you to pursue MBA in IT or Operations through Distance education so that you will be more eligible to get job promotion !
