am b tech EEE. and working as lecturer in a poly Technic college. I want to do M-tech by part time. I lost my eye sight in an accident 2005
during last five years am successfully continuing my job with asssistive tools, now I want to do M tech. please tell any institute which offer part time course for visually impaired ?
