am bsc(c.s) graduate.planned to do mba (systems or hr)distance education.currently working in bpo.many said bpo experience doesnt count wen i complete my mba(systems or hr) n get into jobs related to mba.should i quit tis job and get some prior experience before finishing my mba distance education.
