am doin BE mech ,now am in final year,my aggregate in jus 60 percent, can i get into forgein universities of USA or GERMANY? i want do MS
my query is will the foreign universities take students having less aggregate. if yes what should i do get in these universities..??

In order to pursue MS from US and Germany you need to have:
Good academic record,preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
