MSc-CS and MCA, both are eligible courses for pursuing Ph.D. You may choose any one.

In order to pursue PhD you need to pass master's / M.Phil with minimum 50%. You may pursue M.Sc Computer Science or MCA, it depends on your interest. Further, you need to sit for an entrance exam.
