Dear Daksh, Of course with your kind of grades in class 10th & 11th, you may get an entry to all three universities of Canada, which will give you conditional offer that you need to get an overall percentage of 85 & above in your class 12th too. You need to apply through OUAC for Univ of Toronto & Waterloo while UBC has a separate application. IELTS or TOEFL can be taken by Dec or earlier to make sure your application is complete. Try & complete your applications with all 3 universities before December 1st week in order to meet Early Applications/Financial Deadlines.

The University of Toronto is very popular among International students for a variety of reasons. Its acceptance rate stands at 54% making it a moderately selective university to get into. However, by meeting a few U of T admission requirements, Indian students can bag their offer letters.

Please refer to the list of documents required at this university:

  • Academic transcripts (Class 10, 12, and any university transcripts)

  • Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo/PTE)

  • Standardized test scores (if needed)

  • Letters of recommendation (for PG programs)

Based on the data curated from an unofficial source, the University of Toronto acceptance rate stands at 54% meaning that out of every 100 applicants, 54 were given an offer to join this university. It is a moderate acceptance rate, making it a slightly selective university.

However, the acceptance rates for the Engineering programs, like Engineering, Rotman Commerce, and Computer Science, are relatively lower, standing at just 10 to 20% making it a highly selective university to get into.
