Am I considered to be a graduate?
After 12th I have Enrolled in ITI's 3 Years National Trade Certificate Course(1 Year COPA+2 Year Apprenticeship DPCS) and all 2 exams cleared.

It may be a course equivalent to a Degree, but it is not a Degree.
