Am I eligible for 3rd semester exams as I have failed in my 2nd semester because I didn't appear for 5 exams due to an accident?
I have backlogs in my 1st semester as well.

Yes, you can clear the backlogs in the regular exams. 1st sem backlogs you can clear in 3rd sem. 2nd sem backlogs in 4th sem. No need to panic or anything just follow the regular studies. Dedicate more time to clear all the subjects.
