Am I eligible for a good college with 68.3% in graduation and 46% in 12th?

I have completed my graduation in BMS & I got 68.32%. My 10th class percentage is 76.43 & 46% in 12th. I am good in studies but I am from the Vernacular medium. So, sometime, I face difficulty in English. I try hard to became good in English language. I have always been a team leader in my batch.

    You can apply for some private colleges. Although, every college would need minimum 50% marks, but still some private low grades colleges can accept any score.
