Northampton university has a basic entry requirement of 60% marks in graduation, IELTS Score of 6.5 and also a valid managerial experience of at least 2 Yrs for their MBA program. If you have the same then there should not be any issues in getting yourself admitted to the institution. If you lack in

You definitely can apply to the University if you have more than 50% in Btech.
The University Offers various Management programmes like MA International Human Resources management, MA Management (Human Resources) & of course MBA.
