Hello,You will be selected with these marks but the selection process is based on your Personal interview round with Campus head. Personal interviews are undertaken to check a candidates personality traits, Behavior, Awareness, Communication skills, Reasoning ability, Flexibility, Leadership, Assertiveness, Initiative, Confidence, Creativity to name a few.In a Personal Interview apart from the personality traits an interviewer or the panel is interested in knowing about candidates academics, goals and self awareness level.a candidate is also checked on his analytic ability.
