Am I eligible for admission to B.Tech in CSE at a good college with 49% in PCM and overall, 62%?

With 49% in PCM, you're not eligible for B.Tech CSE in most top colleges, as they require 50%+ in PCM. You may still get admission in some private or state universities that allow relaxation or consider overall percentage. Consider diploma-to-degree (lateral entry) or private deemed universities for better options.
