Am I eligible for admission to FMS? I have 99 CAT percentile, percentage in 12th less than 60%.

Yes. But you have to apply for admissions through FMS Delhi website first. Forms are filled before CAT. This year last date to fill form was 10 Nov 2014. After that you have to appear in CAT. If you score above the cut off percentile, ( which you have ), then you are called for GDPI round. This year
