My Number are CBSE 89% and Jee mains 284
My sister`s numer are 84% and Jee mains 293

Yes, You and your sister are eligible for Aeronautical.
BUT Dear eligibility does n't guarantee a seat .
It depends on the availability of seats in various institutions
