Dear Aby, Hospitality Mgt. Is such a stream where in any stream Student get enrolled. Hospitality Mgt. , Tourism Mgt. And Aviation Mgt. Can be opted after any Stream (say it to be Arts, Science or Commerce). These Industries are Practical Industry demanding Practical Indulgence of Candidates and their Interests. You can choose a Bachelors Degree into this Mgt. Courses or else you can also opt for a 6 months Certificate Course in Hospitality Mgt. To Quick-Start your Career in Hotel Industry. No matter if you take a long term Course or a Short term Course, you need to undergo 6 months Industrial Training in a star rated Hotel Property to be a Hotelier. Both the ways are good enough, taking a Degree programme of 3-4 years or Certificate Course programme of 6 months. My brother chose unconventional programme, he completed 6 months Certificate Course in Hotel Mgt. And then completed his 6 months Industrial Training and currently he is working in Sheraton Hotel, Malaysia. If you want advise from Hotel Industry Expert you can contact on 9909000450. All the best!
