    Hello Prathamesh,
You have taken a very bright and wise decision to choose microbiology for your B.Sc. This subject has tremendous scope in future. With the aim of Govt. to double farm income, this is going to help in this.

You are eligible for microbiology as you have told me that you have biology in 12th but your marks are a little bit less.

Depends on colleges. Few colleges don't see markings. Few do. Best is to review it twice, plus work hard, as it's a great choice,.

It depends on the subject criteria of the college. You can apply for B.Sc in microbiology because of the biology subject.
