Hi Indian statistical Institute in kolkata asks for mathematics and English mainly so u r eligible for that but you must check with the respective universities where u plan to apply.

Yes, commerce students can apply for B.Sc. (Hons) in Statistics but they should have Maths Economics or CS in their 10+2 subjects. Hope it helps.
