See they start every new session in July, so if you have your graduation exams after July or in August then you need to confirm about the same with authorities. Telephone : +91-1438-228547. If your graduation exams will be completed by July then you are perfectly eligible until you have 50% or more

I don't think so because your graduation will get completed in August and admissions start from March and are closed in June. And it will be compulsory for you to attach your result because university select students on the basis of the percentage too.
