Maths is not an issue to get an admission in BCA programme. All what you need is your interest you will come to deal with mathematics as you start studying it. It's not that hard, it's easy. You'll face mathematics for three semesters in BCA course. There are some top colleges listed below: -

Yes, why not, you can go for BCA. It doesn't matter what you have done in class 12th. There are few universities like Suresh Gyan Vihar University, which may be provided BCA in distance learning to class 12th Arts students. http://topdistancemba.com/.

Yes, you are eligible for BCA even after being an arts students. There are some universities which can provide you admission into BCA. One of the universities is Chaudhary Charan Singh University, which provides admission to arts students into BCA.

Yes, it is recognized, but it is not considered as one of the best universities. Yes, you can pursue your BCA from this university.
