The only eligibility for CAT is to have a graduation degree or pursuing one. So I hope you are eligible for that. PS there is a whole document on the CAT site where eligibility criteria is elaborated in detail you can refer to that for further assurance.

As per the CAT Eligibility Criteria 2016, candidates should have passed or should be in the final year of their Bachelor's Degree.
