Am I eligible for CAT exam as I am not 10+2+3?

After completion of class 12th, I joined charted accountant course and cleared 1st year but failed in the second year. I am in 3rd year of B.Com.

    Any graduated may appear for CAT exam.

    It is compulsory to be in third year to give CAT exam or you can give after the third year also but you can't give in second or first year.
