Yes, you are eligible for CAT, though your class 10th & 12th score will pose a problem in every college as most of the colleges including IIMs are now making profile based calls.

Yes, you are eligible for CAT. The percentage required for CAT is 50% at graduation level. Class 10th & 12th marks are not considered for admission in MBA. CAT score is the benchmark to seek admission in a college for MBA.
