Am I eligible for central government jobs after doing B.Sc in chemistry (honors)?

I have done HSC and want to do my graduation from an open university.

    Yes, you can. You need to pass class 12th before pursuing graduation. NSOU is an UGC approved state university. You will be eligible for all government jobs.
